Dr Shachat and his team were very professional, yet personable. They asked thorough questions to learn about my dental history and then explained everything they were doing and why. The receptionists also helped answer questions on parking and building location very quickly through their messaging system. My appointment started on time and I was in and out in 30 min. I’m very pleased with my experience and will definitely be continuing care with Dr Shachat and team!
I really like Dr. Shachat. The front office is easy to work with and Dr. S and hygienists all have very advanced technology. They have also been “watching” a few spots for me before rushing to do fillings which I really appreciate.
